The cottage was built in 2003 and has been beautifully maintained and tastefully decorated. Located on Georgian Bay, Ontario, the cottage features over 1000 feet of shoreline. The cottage is on a peninsula and has SE-S-SW exposure so it has fabulous views of both sunrise and sunset and benefits from all-day sunshine.
The cottage consists of over 6 acres of land and over 4000 square feet of living space including six bedrooms and sleeps up to 14 people. There is large gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar, a large dining table, large living room with plenty of seating, an upstairs lounging loft, and a basement recreation room with pool table and bar.
The property is located an easy drive up the 400 Hwy just 90 mins north of Toronto and 30 mins past Barrie. It is a short 5 minute drive off the highway, and yet because it is on a peninsula it is very secluded and private.
Nearby amenities include Oak Bay Golf Club (2 min drive), Tim Hortons (5 min drive), LCBO (7 min drive), Rawley's Lodge (7 min drive), Honey Harbour Marina (10 min drive) and Mount St. Louis (12 min drive). There is plenty to see and do nearby.
There is also plenty to do on the property itself, including 3 kayaks and 2 canoes available for use, sandy shallow-entry beach, deep water dock, private boat launch, large grassy area for badminton, volleyball, etc, hot tub, pool table, board games and just plain old relaxing.

Mount St. Louis is only a 12 minute drive away and both snow mobiling and ice fishing are possible on the lake once it has frozen over to appropriate levels.
